Research Compounds Are Non-Returnable
Due to the nature of laboratory research compounds and the integrity requirements for sealed vials, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund. By placing an order you acknowledge this policy.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Reviveresearchlabsllc@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
