Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing & Handling
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Carriers & Transit Times
We ship via tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Standard transit time within the continental US is typically 2–5 business days from dispatch.
Packaging
Peptides are shipped lyophilized in sealed glass vials, packed in insulated mailers when seasonal temperatures require. Upon delivery, store products in a freezer for long-term stability.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable window, contact us at Reviveresearchlabsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
